NPC: A haunted ghost
Long Desc: A haunted ghost is floating here looking to torture any passerby who dares threaten.

A ghost drifts ever so slowly down the pass.  It glares at you with
beady, glowing red eyes, like it knows you from somewhere else.  As it
floats it makes a disturbing low howling sound such as the wind would make
that sends a cold shudder up your spine.  It does not look like it wants a
direct conflict with you, but something in its eyes tells you it might want
something else.
It is a ghost approximately 5'7" tall.
