NPC: A specter
Long Desc: A specter haunts this lonely burial chamber.

This tortured specter haunts the quiet burial grounds.  It hovers quietly
over a grave for but a few moments before going back to its restless journey
among the freshly dug graves looking for a place to stop and gain a small
measure of peace.  Having no home or life of its own, it searches for that
which it cannot have.  In its eternal search for life it bears a special
hatred for any who has what it cannot have and often seeks to destroy them
when it has the opportunity.
It is a ghost approximately 5'5" tall.
