NPC: An ogre slave

An ogre works diligently at carrying out his task.  Though he appears to
be weary to the bone, he keeps steadily moving along with the resolution of
one long captive.  A pair of reinforced steel shackles bind his legs
together so that even if the beast tried to make a run for it, he wouldn't
get very far.  It has deep wounds across his back that are becoming infected
and look like they were made from a whip.  He is showing many signs of
malnutrition.  In fact, his ribs are beginning to protrude from his skinny
torso.  This pathetic beast has clearly seen the rough underside of the
world.  How much longer he will survive is only for the Powers to know.
He is a ogre approximately 6'1" tall.
