NPC: A crazed elderly man
Long Desc: An elderly man dressed in faded knight's common garb stands here, looking mildly threatening.

This man stutters and mumbles, and can barely even speak. He could
probably explain what he's doing here, but it would take him a while to
remember how to communicate to humans. His frantic eyes and busy hands and
complex projects all around the treehouse indicate that he has been very
busy for however long he has been stuck here, but it is impossible to
immediately discern how long that has been, or what exactly those projects
are. Any movement tenses him up, and he doesn't look as though he trusts
you, or wants to leave. This leaves fewer possibilities.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
