Long Desc: A citizen of Volcanus, a gnome from outside the city, wanders here.

This gnome was once an adventurer, exploring the twisting tunnels of
Mount Vesuvius.  From the distant settlement of gnome diggers, the path lead
here.  After viewing the wonders of the lost city, the choice to remain and
become a citizen was easy.
He is a gnome approximately 4'1" tall.
