Long Desc: An off-duty member of the milita wanders through the city.

After walking the tunnels outside the city, protecting the citizen of
Volcanus, this patrol member enjoys the time off.  Walking along the city
streets talking to the locals and enjoying the peace.  The long strides and
fiery red hair immediatly identifies this centaur as a Volcanus citizen.
She is a centaur approximately 6'1" tall.
