NPC: The elemental innkeeper
Long Desc: A ruddy-faced man faces you from behind the desk.

The owner and proprietor of the inn, a humanoid elemental, stands behind
a small counter.  He greets you politely, although uneasily, as you walk
through the doorway.  Quickly he asks what he can do to make your day
easier.
He is a elemental approximately 7'1" tall.
