NPC: An out-of-place orc
Long Desc: A pitiful-looking orc stumbles through the forest, bleary-eyed and raving.

This orc is straight-up scrawny.  Malnourished and starving, his wide
eyes and slight case of drooling suggests he has been lost for quite some
time.  Unlike most orcs, he lacks muscles larger than his brain, and in fact
lacks almost all of the characteristic orc brawn.  His hands shake, and it
looks like he could use some help.  Perhaps you could offer some.
He is a orc approximately 6'1" tall.
