NPC: Captain Iglor
Long Desc: The Captain of the Guards, Iglor is here busy scanning the skies.

While this bird isn't as large as the guards, it moves with precision and
speed.  Iglor's body is much sleeker, thinner and lighter than most birds,
but a crueler beak and bladed claws make up for that disadvantage.  His body
is entirely gray, with small, neat feathers, and even the eyes are a shade
of gray.  While this would make him terrible with ambushes or for ambushes,
with enough speed to get in and out quickly, that's not much of a concern.  
He is a bird approximately 1'6" tall.
