NPC: A warbler
Long Desc: A small warbler is fooling around in the waters.

The warbler's feathers gleam in the dull light, either waxed to a shine or
covered with an exceptionally thick layer of grease.  This bird is short,
thin and very active; it hops from side to side, shuffles around for a
while, and bounces off the walls.  It's far too hyperactive for a sleepy
place like this, but the other birds don't seem to mind.  It twitches
around, eyes blinking too often and beak opening and closing.  
She is a bird approximately 1'7" tall.
