NPC: Sombar
Long Desc: Sombar the philosopher is here, explaining a new theory of his.

Nobody really knows how old Sombar is, least of all himself.  He looks
ancient, sounds it, with a voice like whispering reeds, and peers about
through half-blind eyes.  Withered, tattered wings lie uselessly on his
back, and his skin is a mix between charcoal and blood; strange for a fey,
considering they avoid the sun, but perhaps his skin is so deeply burned he
doesn't notice anymore, or it's just soaked with protective magics.  While
he used to be one of the most prominent philosophers in Sepharia, he's been
long forgotten apart from the park keepers here.  Perhaps he still has that
mind, locked away in an aging prison of flesh.  Perhaps not.  
He is a fey approximately 4'9" tall.
