NPC: A weeping willow limb
Long Desc: A flailing limb from the weeping willow is here trying to wrap around you.

A long thin whip-like limb extending from the weeping willow in the
middle of garden is here flailing about as if in agony.  It starts to snake
its way towards you very quickly and attempts to wrap itself around your
body.  You see another limb at the same time wrap around some poor innocent
rabbit.  The limb then repeatedly smashes the rabbit into the main trunk of
the tree, killing the rabbit.  You had better run!
It is a plant approximately 5'5" tall.
