NPC: A diseased wraith
Long Desc: A diseased wraith floats above the ground.

The diseased wraith is a twisted image of human suffering, embodied into
some pitiful parody of a physical form.  It could be contagious, do you
really want the foul disease that most likely caused this creature's
untimely death?  As you notice the sores that are mere shadows of deep
festering wounds, you feel slightly sick.
It is a undead approximately 5'6" tall.
