NPC: A hooded monk
Long Desc: A monk hooded in a dark cowl is here, bent over in prayer.

A monk is here kneeling before a small altar.  He is wearing a dark brown
cowl, and is apparently deep in prayer.  You don't want to disturb him you
you walk up silently behind him.  He is too deep in prayer to notice you,
and you start to think how easy it would be to bury your dagger between his
shoulder blades...
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
