NPC: A dark dwarven mage
Long Desc: A dark-robed figure with dwarven features is here, muttering an incantation.

This dwarf looks similar to the other dwarves you have seen in here in
complexion, but this one is wearing some brightly colored robes, and has a
magical aura about him that makes you cautious.  He appears to be speaking
some words under his breath while giving you a piercing stare.  Words to a
spell of some sort?  Or perhaps a greeting..
He is a dwarf approximately 4'7" tall.
