NPC: An eldamarian
Long Desc: A snake-like creature with a human-like face, slithers past.

Eldamarians are snake-like creatures with human faces.  They usually work
with other evil beings for mutual gain.  They are dark purple, or black in
color, and occasionally a very dark blue.  They have crested heads, and
smooth almost invisible scales.  They resemble large eels more than snakes.
She is a fey approximately 4'8" tall.
