NPC: A Dark Naga
Long Desc: A fey creature with a human-like face on a leathery, snake-like body slithers past.

Dark nagas are fey-like creatures who have human faces on leathery,
snake-like bodies.  They usually work with other evil beings for mutual
gain.  They are dark purple, or black in color, and occasionally a very dark
blue.  They have crested heads, and smooth almost invisible scales.  They
resemble large eels more than snakes.
She is a fey approximately 4'8" tall.
