NPC: A dangerous hecuva
Long Desc: A humanoid skeleton is standing here, dressed in a tattered robe.

This hecuva is an undead spirit similar in appearance to a skeleton, or
to be more accurate the ghost of a skeleton..  This misty warrior looks far
more dangerous than your average skeleton.  It is clad in a tattered,
ethereal robe.  The robe looks as if it may have once been bright in color,
but is now a dull gray along with the rest of this wraith.
He is a shadow-elf approximately 5'7" tall.
