NPC: A sidhe rogue
Long Desc: A fur clad sidhe seeks fortune here in the icy dungeon.

A small sidhe cowers in the shadows here.  She is cloaked in thick
frost-covered furs from various animals in an attempt to keep the ice and
cold out and her warmth in.  A hood is pulled over her head, concealing and
keeping the ice out of her face.  You know she is female by the graceful way
she moves over the ice.  She moves quickly and efficiently, sure of where
she is going, her footing always sure even on the slickest ice in the room.
She is a sidhe approximately 6'1" tall.
