NPC: A large icestorm
Long Desc: A large icestorm whirls and spins about here, spraying ice everywhere.

This large storm-like entity spins up by the ceiling of the passageway.
A fierce cold wind blows from the storm and up and down the corridor, making
you shiver.  The wind carries with it snow and ice from the storm, which
covers the ground and anything else in the corridor.  A small flash of
lightning can occasionally be seen from inside the miniature storm.  Despite
the fierceness of the storm, it appears totally ignorant of your presence.
It is a mist approximately 50'1" tall.
