NPC: An ice troll
Long Desc: A large ice troll stalks about hungrily, searching for anything edible.

This large shaggy beast stalks the icy corridors in search of food.  Its
thick fur coat is very shaggy, and you can see little droplets of ice frozen
within the coat.  Its footing is very sure on the icy ground, and you
recognize that it is native to these frozen dungeons.  The creature seems
only marginally sentient, as it sniffs the frozen air and looks at the
ground, searching for food.  It looks hungry enough to eat anything...
Including you.
He is a troll approximately 10'4" tall.
