NPC: A dwarven ice miner
Long Desc: A hardy dwarf mines his way through the thick ice.

A hardy looking dwarf mines and picks his way through the frozen dungeon,
trying to get at the horde of wealth and treasure in cased within the ice.
He has a flaming-red beard streaked with gray that reaches down to his
waist.  He is dressed in very thick furs, and only his face is revealed.
Due to the cold air, his face is flushed, but he looks healthy and warm.
His face was once the face of a kind dwarf, however long and endless hours
in this icy hell have made it hard.  He looks like a dwarf that doesnt like
killing, but will when he needs to.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'5" tall.
