NPC: A raging blizzard
Long Desc: A large raging blizzard brings winter to everything in the passageway.

This large blizzard-like entity spins up by the ceiling of the
passageway.  A fierce cold wind howls down the corridor, making you shiver,
and chilling you to the bone.  The wind carries with it snow and ice from
the storm, which covers the ground and anything else in the corridor.  A
small flash of lightning, along with booming thunder, can occasionally be
seen and heard from the miniature storm.  Despite the fierceness of the
blizzard, it appears totally ignorant of your presence.
It is a mist approximately 50'1" tall.
