NPC: A starving man
Long Desc: A starving wretched looking man pokes about the ice looking for food.

This human scours about the frozen dungeons, looking for anything edible.
The man looks like he hasnt eaten in days, and would do almost anything for
food.  The mans clothing does not look extremely warm, either.  The furs
seem thin, and covered in snow and frost, and you see the man shiver
violently as he pokes about the ice.  This wretched man seems weak, and
defenseless.  How could he have survived so in this icy hell?
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
