NPC: An ice serpent
Long Desc: A huge ice serpent slithers about, looking for prey.

This huge serpent stretches almost thirty feet, and has a mouth large
enough to swallow a halfling whole.  How such a massive creature could
survive in these icy dungeons is a mystery, although the proof slithers
across the ice and stone before you.  The creatures scales are completely
white, making it very difficult to spot on the ice, or the frost covered
stone.  The massive creature must need to eat almost constantly, judging
from its size, and its apparent appetite.
It is a snake approximately 1'5" tall.
