NPC: A fearsome shade
Long Desc: A hideously disfigured shade of one who died in these halls, floats about here.

This disfigured shade seems to struggle and shiver in intense pain as it
floats these icy hallways.  Its visage is one of horror and trauma.  Whoever
this shade was, it mustve died a horrible death.  You can see where it was
frostbitten severely while it was still alive, and you can see many marks of
violence on its incorporeal form.  It is extremely ugly and frightening, as
you realize what happens to those who fail and perish within this place.
It is a undead approximately 5'6" tall.
