NPC: An ice devil
Long Desc: An ice devil seeks to cause pain to all around it.

This large evil looking beast looks like it belongs in the depths of this
icy hell.  It is a devil, clearly, with massive wings, large fangs, and
demonic red eyes.  However, it is also native to the ice, an ice devil.  Its
scales are a pale blue, in stark contrast to its baleful red eyes.  What
such a creature is doing here, other than torturing those around it is
unknown...  Although perhaps this is the creatures natural home?  After all,
can hell possibly be much worse than this place?
It is a demon approximately 7'1" tall.
