NPC: A scaled humanoid
Long Desc: A small humanoid covered in luminecent scales swims in the distance.

This small humanoid is covered in scales that softly glow in the
darkness.  It looks in your direction, and a small fire in its eyes alights.
It bares yellow, razor sharp teeth, and begins to swim in your direction
with arms reaching for your flesh.  As it swims towards you, thin sharp
claws extend from its fingers, and it flashes you a toothy, malignant grin.
It is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
