NPC: An electric eel
Long Desc: A small electric eel is here, hunting anything that moves.

This small eel looks somewhat unthreatening, but a row of sharp teeth,
and a jolt of electricity alert you to the fact that it is no normal eel,
but is instead a rare lightning eel, created by the magic of these caverns.
Some mighty mage that lived in these caverns once transformed several dracon
prisoners into a species that is better suited to living underwater.  In the
process, the dracons lost the ability to breathe all things but lightning,
but gained much physical strength.  This small, hungry creature is the
result.
He is a snake approximately 1'7" tall.
