NPC: A scorpion fish
Long Desc: A colorful scorpion fish rests in an outcrop of coral.

The scorpion fish is an extremely deadly fish that protects itself, and
hunts, with a series of spines that inject poison into anything unlucky
enough to get impaled on them.  Currently, the fish has decided you're a
threat and is preparing to defend itself.
It is a fish approximately 1'6" tall.
