NPC: A massive maelstrom
Long Desc: A massive maelstrom spins through the air here slowly, spraying ice everywhere.

This large blizzard-like maelstrom of ice and snow spins up by the
ceiling of the passageway.  A fierce cold wind howls down the corridor,
making you shiver, and chilling you to the bone, as well as almost knocking
you over.  The wind carries with it snow and ice from the storm, which
covers the ground and anything else in the corridor.  Many large flashes of
lightning, along with loud booming thunder, can occasionally be seen and
heard from the maelstrom storm.  Despite the fierceness of the blizzard, it
appears totally ignorant of your presence, or at least doesnt make life any
harder for you than it does for anything else in the corridor.
It is a mist approximately 50'0" tall.
