NPC: A blue octopus
Long Desc: A small blue octopus darts around in search of food.

This small octopus is brightly coloured with various hues of blue,
warning all comers that it is no mundane beast, but is quite poisonous.  A
small beak on it's underside allows for nasty bites, and small bone 'teeth'
in each sucker on its arms cause horrible cuts that can take weeks to
recover from.
It is a octopus approximately 5'7" tall.
