Long Desc: An elven warrior with a skin the shade of green floats in the distance.

The sea elves are a race of elves who long ago adapted to life
underwater.  Peaceful by nature, the harsh reality of the sea has forced
these elves to learn the arts of warfare in order to repel marauding bands
of sahaugin and packs of hungry sharks.  Currently, this elf floats in the
distance, sizing you up, and awaiting your next move.
He is a wild-elf approximately 5'5" tall.
