NPC: A half-elven ghost
Long Desc: A half-elven ghost keens in agony, letting all know its pain.

This is the long dead ghost of some poor half-elf who drowned in these
waters.  The pain of his death has kept his spirit on this plane, and he
screams its agony that all may know.  One of the restless dead, he seeks to
make all who are warm as he is: Undead.
He is a ghost approximately 5'7" tall.
