NPC: A sea elven priestess
Long Desc: A sea elven priestess journeys in service of her deity.

The priestesses of the goddess Saenia, this sea elf travels the seas
spreading the word of peace.  Saenia demands that her followers avoid
combat, but when pressed, no devout follower need allow her prosecutors to
continue attacking unresisted.  While not well trained in the arts of
combat, the priestesses of Saenia have a small but potent repetoire of
spells at hand to defend against any attacker.
She is a wild-elf approximately 5'6" tall.
This NPC is a member of the clergy for Saenia, the Sea-Elves' Goddess of Peace and Diplomacy (Water).
