NPC: A dwarf Battlemaster
Long Desc: A massive dwarf walks about correcting the other guards in the forms.

As broad as he is tall, this muscle bound dwarf is the Battle Master.  It
is he who trains the other guards in the ways of fighting.  As you watch,
the guards shy from him, fearing his training methods, perhaps he shows them
the power behind his fist a few too many times.  Looking closely at the
guards, you realize his methods must work, as they are formidable foes
indeed.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'6" tall.
