Long Desc: A member of the crew of the Wench staggers around here.

This drunken sailor sways back and forth in a stupor, yet despite his
merry intoxication he does not look happy.  He has dark bags under his eyes,
stubble and sweat patches.  Stopping to steady himself on a part of the ship
from time to time he looks ready to vomit.  Neglecting his duties and about
to pass out, he is a poor example of the types of men crewing the Feisty
Wench.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
