NPC: An irritating seagull
Long Desc: A huge, smelly seagull swoops about irritatingly.

This is a horrible, smelly, ugly seagull.  It seems to be taunting you as
it swoops back and forth and around and around.  It's screech reverberates
around the area and is soon joined by a chorus of other ghastly bird cries.
It is very tempting to try and take a swipe at it, although as it flies
about it demonstrates a certain grace and agility unexpected of a creature
its size.  Unfortunately it does not seem to want to fly away.
It is a bird approximately 1'5" tall.
