NPC: The Wench's quartermaster
Long Desc: The Wench's quartermaster hovers here with a grimace on his face.

The quartermaster of the Wench looks as exhausted as most of the crew; he
staggers from one end of the deck to the other.  He frequently eyes the
damage and sighs.  Despite the seniority of his position he seems unable to
stir ardour in the crew, the chain of command has clearly been dispensed
with.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
