NPC: A fat rat
Long Desc: A fat rat lumbers around, occasionally gnawing on the deck.
How on earth this rat became so cumbersome is hard to envisage. It
shuffles along on its belly, in fact it looks as if it is swimming along the
deck because of its slow forward shuffle. It stops occassionally and tilts
its head so that it might wrap its teeth around something and start gnawing.
You imagine that it must eat anything it comes across.
It is a rodent approximately 1'5" tall.
