NPC: A lanky sailor
Long Desc: A lanky sailor with a tired expression on his face mans the bar.

This sailor-turned-barkeep seems as bored with this job as he obviously
was being a sailor, considering now he does not seem to move from his post
behind the bar.  He moves a few bottles around and wipes some tankards with
a dirty rag from time to time, yawning freqently.  On catching his eye he
indicates to the bottles on the bar, it seems that he is offering you a
drink.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
