NPC: A haggard undead necromancer
Long Desc: An old and haggard undead necromancer haunts the entrance to the graveyard.

It is said that the practice of necromancy allows one to communicate with
those who have passed beyond the mortal realms.  This haggard old creature
has spent so much of his life dedicated to that exact endeavor, that he
seems to exist in both the world of the living and that of the dead.  To
fund his research, he sells trivial supplies that every adventurer might
need.
He is a gnome approximately 4'1" tall.
