NPC: Falyia, leader of the rogues
Long Desc: Falyia, leader of the rogues watches those around her.

Falyia is a robust lady who is all about getting things done.  She
carries a notebook with her, and continuously writes things down that must
be attended to.  Her hair is kept up in a tight braid, that goes midway down
her back.  She looks upon you over her glasses, and then writes a quick note
in her book.  Her long flowing silk dress moves almost magically around her.
She is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
