NPC: Metz
Long Desc: Metz quickly helps a customer find the proper suit for an upcoming ball.

As you enter the shop, Metz is busy fitting another customer for a fine
new suit.  The little tailor is several feet shorter than his patron, and
constantly climbs up and down a stepladder in order to take proper
measurements.  He glances over in your direction, and suggests that you look
through the merchandise until he can assist you.
He is a halfling approximately 3'1" tall.
