NPC: Randol
Long Desc: Randol goes over the inventory list to see what wines need ordered.

This jolly, red-faced man smiles warmly as you enter the store.  He
strides over, giving you a firm handshake and asking if you're looking for
anything in particular.  You notice an open bottle of wine and a half-empty
glass sitting on a table in the back of the store, and decide that Randol
must be an expert connoisseur of his products.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
