NPC: The Lieutenent

The lieutenant, while still inexperienced, is quite a formidable
opponent.  He has risen through the ranks quickly not for great strength, but
rather his spell casting abilities.  The army has been experimenting with
giving above average fighters a few months of training with their sorcerers
to create a hybrid warrior-mage.  The lieutenant is the result of such
training.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
