NPC: A noble slave
Long Desc: A noble looking slave walks about with his chin in the air.

A former elven ruler stands before you all but his pride has been taken
from him, and he's been bound by chains around his ankles to prevent escape.
The slave masters took everyone, noble and peasant alike, and he struggles
to do his share of the labor so his people won't be further punished.  Even
in hardship he still cares for his people.
He is a elf approximately 4'9" tall.
