NPC: Captain Ralath
Long Desc: A battle garbed centuar, the Volcanus guard captain, sits by the fire here.

An older centaur, Captain Ralath's fiery colored hair has started turning
to a more ash grey, sits on the ground near the fire.  With a shake of his
head he sends the soliders nearby into a ready position, awaiting his next
order.  Always looking for help defending the city from Vospirian attacks,
perhaps he has need of you.
He is a centaur approximately 6'1" tall.
