NPC: A fey priest
Long Desc: A fey wearing priestly clothing wanders about making sure everyone is well.

This fey priest serves as the spiritual leader of all the fey stationed
within these ancient catacombs.  He is well versed in the ancient tongue of
the fey as well as the more modern versions of that tongue and many others
used throughout Alyria.  Sometimes it is possible to engage a priest in
conversation about the ancient arts of magic but most of the time they
remain silent pondering the many mysteries of the universe.
It is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
