NPC: A firebug
Long Desc: A ferocious firebug jets about the area.

While scanning the area, you are annoyed by a small firebug that comes
racing towards you, almost hitting you.  You duck and look back, noticing it
is surrounded by a white aura along with a deep flaming-red shield of fire.
As he comes back around, you hear a low humming sound while he flys past you
again.  Something tells you that this is no ordinary pest.
It is a insect approximately 1'7" tall.
