NPC: A piranha
Long Desc: A dangerous fish with sharp teeth swims around your ankles.

Wandering through the watered area, you glance down and notice that a
deadly fish is swimming about your legs and ankles with an obvious intent to
kill.  You move quickly to avoid it but fail as it swims with remarkable
speed, following you wherever you go.  It is temporarily distracted by
another movement in the water which gives you a chance to look at it more
closely, which reveals deadly-sharp teeth made perfectly for attacking.
It is a fish approximately 1'6" tall.
